How to cancel the unpaid orders?

If your payment of an order has not been made yet, you may cancel it by clicking "Cancel order" in your account at wirisi.com.

If your order has not been paid in 40 days, it will be cancelled automatically.


How to cancel the paid orders?

We understand that ordering an item for your special occasion is an important undertaking, and our cancellation policy was created with this in mind. However, it is important to note that our dresses are made to order. Once the tailoring process has begun, the materials cannot be reused.

The good news is that after placing your order, there is still time to change your mind. Please refer to our cancellation policy below for details.


Our Cancellation Policy:

For All Custom Made Dresses Including Wedding Apparel And Special Occasion Dresses:

  • 1. Orders cancelled within 12 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
  • 2. Orders cancelled 12 - 24 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund including the full shipping cost and 50% of the product purchase price.
  • 3. Orders cancelled 24 - 48 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund including the full shipping cost and 30% of the product purchase price.
  • 4. Orders cancelled after 48 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for the full shipping cost refund only.
  • 5. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

For Jewelry Items:

  • 1. Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
  • 2. Orders cancelled 24 - 48 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund including the full shipping cost and 50% of the product purchase price.
  • 3. Orders cancelled after 48 hours of payment confirmation but before shipping will be eligible for full shipping cost refund only.
  • 4. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

For Intimate Category:

  • 1. Orders cancelled within 12 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
  • 2. Orders cancelled 12 - 24 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund including the full shipping cost and 10% of the product purchase price.
  • 3. Orders cancelled after 24 hours of payment confirmation but before shipping will be eligible for full shipping cost refund only.
  • 4. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

For All Other Women, Men Clothing, Shoes & Bags Category:

  • 1. Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
  • 3. Orders cancelled after 24 hours of payment confirmation but before shipping will be eligible for full shipping cost refund only.
  • 3. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

If you insist on cancelling the order, please submit your order number and contact our customer service staff at sale@wirisi.com.


How to open a dispute?

If you are not satisfied with the package you received and want to open a dispute. Please follow the steps below:

Step 1:

Sign in your account and go to "My Account" section.

Step2:

1. Click on the button of "Open a Dispute".

2. On this page, write down the problems of your order and offer as many details as you can. Then the customer service staff will handle your case as soon as possible. We suggest you to check your account information regularly after a dispute is established.


Situations That We Do Not Handle Your Dispute

Wirisi.com has the right not to handle the case when the buyer fails to provide any valid evidences in 15 working days. If you are not satisfied with the items you received and want to start a dispute case with us, we suggest you provide enough evidences timely, which is very helpful for you to get a refund or return.

If the size is not suitable and you want to start a dispute case with us, the evidence you provide to us should clear enough to show measurement discrepancy, (in which part the dress is not suitable and how much the size discrepancy is). Also, you should strictly comply with the measurement of our website,because measure it in different way will get different result.

If there is color aberration, you want to start a dispute case with us. For a slight color aberration, you'd better show us a video clip by which we can clearly see it. However, for an obvious color aberration, as long as the pictures offered to us can display clearly, we will take your evidence and return your money.
